“ Nancy, thanks again for organizing and encouraging this Meet-up. When I arrived half an hour late, you were just leaving, but you turned right around to come back inside and have some sign conversation practice. Then Joel arrived, and the three of us had a wonderful chat, getting to learn more signs and practice the ones we know while talking out loud at the same time. I hope you felt some teacherly pride in seeing how much better both Joel and I are than when we started to attend this Meet-up. It's all because of you that we've progressed to being able to do that! WOW! For me the ASL III class with June at the high school really helped, and it was only because of this Meet-up that it finally had enough students to meet, so, again, wow and thanks. Give yourself a big pat on the back for getting this group going and keeping it alive. ”
